me: we don't carry the bedskirts in store.
lady: no, not bedspreads, the bedskirts!
me: we don't carry the bedSKIRTS in the store. it's only available online.
lady: oh.. do you have them in store?
me: we DON'T stock them in the store. nobody does.
lady: oh.. do you know which store would?
me: NOBODY stocks the bedskirts, only the website & catalog.

she hung up on me.. fuckin bitch.. could at least say, 'oh k.. thanks.' or 'oh ok bye.' fucking skank. i waited by the phones for 10 minutes for her to call back too.
exactly 8 minutes pass. phone rings.
me: *says greeting*
same lady: uhh were you just speaking with me about dust ruffles?
me: huh?
lady: oh i guess it wasn't you then. um.. *repeats her question*
me: i'm sorry, we don't stock those in our stores.. only the website & catalog stocks them.
lady: oh.. how bout the other stores?
me: i'm sorry, but we don't stock those in our stores. nobody stocks it except the website & catalog.
lady: oh.. um... how about the dust ruffles?
me: isn't that the same thing? just less ruffles?

she hung up on me TWICE! lawl! wtf does she want me to say? does she want me to lie to her and tell her we do have it, and have her come into the store and say, "oh hahah just kidding! May Fool's (instead of April Fool's)!!"??? stupid dumbass.
