Minor Update
This is minor in the sense of insignificant, not in the sense of a minor key.
The weather has been pretty good. It rained late this afternoon, but not until after I'd gotten mail and done the work I wanted to get done in my garden.
I have been able to work more on my story. It has suddenly become a very fun project to work on (like you haven't already guessed that!). But, I wonder, has it changed too much from how it started? I won't be able to take it to writer's group to find out because I'm teaching a class during writer's group this week (I think it's this week), and if I weren't teaching the class, I'd be going to choir practice.
So work, writing, gardening... and crocheting. Yesterday I crocheted two rows, and then today I had to take them out because I found an egregious mistake at the beginning of the first. Then I redid both rows, and added a third. Not amazing progress, but three rows a day on average would use up the yarn I have pretty fast. I may just have to buy more.
Oh yes, I must remember to take out the recycle bins tonight.
Tomorrow morning I can sleep in, because I teach a class in the afternoon instead of working in the morning.
We've been trying to practice songs for the camp meeting in a few weeks. Problem is, the artsy rhythm on one of my songs is kerflumoxing Esther. Maybe we can manage if she does a simple fingerpicking pattern on guitar...

Kerflumoxing? Interesting word. I can tell what it means from the context. Beautiful weather today, wasn't it? Say "Hi" to your mom for me. You haven't come to see our house yet. You're welcome to come anytime.
Somebody else who uses the word "kerflumox"?! Wow!
