Dinosaurs And The Bible Part 7 - Thunderbird
The following information, unless otherwise stated, comes from Dr. Kent Hovind of Creation Science Evangelism. For more information on this and other Creation Science related subjects, visit www.drdino.com.
The Indians had a legend called "The Thunderbird." They say it got struck by lightning, and the buzzards picked it's bones clean. But when they found it, it had a wingspan of twenty feet and had a bony bump on the back of it's head. The Great Dinosaur Mystery, Paul Taylor.
Indian prayer sticks - to this day - have the head of a pteradactyl on them. Images of pteradactyls are found all over the world, even to Alton, Illinois. There, you can see what the locals called the "Piasa Bird." What was this bird? From the evidence, it looks like a pteradactyl.
Folks, dinosaurs are a great evangelistic tool!! Kids love learning about dinosaurs, especially, and we can use these creatures, which satan has used for evil, and glorify God!! God said in Job 40:19, "He is the chief of the ways of God." Well then, God should get the glory!
On Dr. Hovind's video, Dinosaurs And The Bible, he talks to several different people who claim to have seen dinosaurs. It's an interesting part of the video and I encourage you to visit the above website and download at least this part of the video.
Starting on Wednesday I will begin on a series entitled "Lies In The Textbooks." What lies are being taught to our children as facts? How are these lies affecting how we view the world?
Let me ask before I go. If you died today, where would you go? Smoking or non-smoking?
Seriously, folks. The ten commandments tells us where we stand. We've all broken at least one. The only way to heaven is through Jesus Christ. Accept Him in your life today. Please choose to follow Him. It's the best decision you'll ever make. (If you need or want help with this, please don't hesitate to contact me. I'll be thrilled to do so!) And if you are saved, what on earth are you doing for heaven's sake? There's a war going on out there folks... let's get equipped to fight it! Have a blessed day!! Love y'all!

I would love to come down to Texas! Yeehaw! haha - how are you feeling hon? I haven't seen you on gmail, so I am assuming that you are still at home feeling yucky. I'm praying, sweetie, and I'll give you a call tonight? I have to wash my dog, and I want to get some scrapbooking done, but I believe I have some time for my good friend...lol. Totally kidding, I mean with the haughty attitude. Okay I am rambling, but then again, isn't that one of the reasons you love me? haha - the way I can go on and on, the way my mind can take the word "tree" and end up thinking about my desk because the tree reminds me of how much paper we waste at the gov't and that reminds me of my job which reminds me of my desk and how organized it is! haha...okay so that is why poor Nathan just doesn't get me sometimes! haha...the other day he said something and a few moments later I said something totally seemingly off topic, but it really wasn't. It's like the Kevin Bacon game thing, that is how my mind works! Enough! I am sure I am making you wish you had stayed laying in bed rather than get up and find this comment!
Feel better sweetie!
