Well. Today... I went to church. Yes. I also sang, but I picked the song particularly because it reminded me of someone. But that someone wasn't there. So, oh well. Everyone else liked it. I've done it a few times before, but I've never had feedback on it like I did today.

After church, I was informed that I was going out to eat. Umm... okay. I know that Kirk and I were thinking about maybe doing something possibly today, but it was never a concrete plan. I thought he might have to work. So anyway... I was informed that I was going out to eat with him, and that Randi, Brandon and Rachael were coming too. Fine with me. We went to Chili's, and I'm pretty sure the waiter may have been gay, and was flirting with Kirk. But that's beside the point. The point is that we had fun. We dropped Randi off, and then Kirk took me home. As we got closer to my house he drove slower and slower. We were talking and everything, but it was almost like he didn't want to drop me off. We had a good time, but that might have been the last time to see each other before he leaves (Thursday. I dunno if I'll see him before then or not. I hope so. I haven't really said bye yet).
I gave him a book today. It was a little pocket-sized composition book that I wrote a lot of verses in about how a Christian is supposed to live. And mainly focused on putting a lot of verses concerning a couple of things he struggles with. Anyway... I spent some time writing and researching to get 'just the right' verses. When he realized what it was he gave me the biggest hug EVER. I'm gonna miss having him around. So anyway... pray for him. Lots.

I went to work to get some stuff (and fell in love with a new perfume that I have to make mine!), and then decided I was gonna drive down to Fairmont and 146 to see where that hotel was. I did. I drove around the hotel and looked at it. I was just curious. I don't even know if that's the one. lol. But anyway... almost had a wreck on the way. There is someone driving down 146 on whom I have bestowed the Worst Driver in the Universe award. If anyone knows the intersection, here's how it happened:
I was on Underwood, about to turn onto Fairmont. I was in the left turn lane, and this guy was in the lane next to me. Which was NOT a turn lane THANK YOU VERY MUCH!- he was supposed to go straight. So my left turn light turns green, and I go. Well, so does he, and he turns too. He just comes right on over into my lane. I had to slam on my brakes so he wouldn't take the front half of the car off. I'm not exaggerating. It kinda scared me at first, and then it made me soooo mad. But anyway... I'm alive.
