	This is pathetic! Channel 11 reporter Jeff McShan is on the Galveston Seawall with his portable anemometer giving us the wind speed... "2, 5, 7, 12, 15, 23, 15. Uh, lets go across the street here and try it again. 7,15, whoa 25" The winds are out of the North and he was standing on the SOUTH side of a huge hotel. DUH! Galveston is reporting gusts to 55 at the moment.
