I have always loved Britney and feel much compassion for her... it's certainly a shame and what's more of shame is that there are tens of thousands of people just like her...

I think it's very sad what she has done with her life. But I still think she is doing wrong. Yes, I still feel the same way I did before the video. The video is designed to tug at your heart strings. We don't let murderers off because they had a bad childhood, and cute little girl pictures are not going to keep her out of hell, if she never has accepted Jesus.

I wonder what would happen with her life if some of us banded together, and agreed to pray for her everyday...to pray that she would see God and stop going down the road she's on?

That's the point, exactly. Far too many of us just condemn her, and other's, behavior without praying for them. I thought the video was interesting because you could see the toll that her bad decisions have taken on her life.

Before the pronounced self-destructive phase, I did not like her at all. 

Since the phase, it's so obvious that she is a lost person - not just spiritually, but emotionally and mentally.  No compass at all, moral or otherwise.  And I think the way her mother and family raised her is the root of that. 

Now, I feel sorry for her and pray for her more than I did.  She needs to get away from the yes people that have hitched themselves to her gravy train and learn how to be a person - and get Jesus.  Unfortunately and unless something drastically changes fast, like Anna Nicole, it may already be too late for her.

I hope I don't come off as cold and uncaring (!), but I really don't care about Britney one way or another. Never have.

I did watch the slide show, though. There aren't that many pictures of me from my entire life, much less the last decade or so (save the 3-4 kid pictures). See my comments on "zones of privacy" on Cindy's site.

Privacy would go a long way to preventing problems like hers. :yes:

Good idea for this post....We are to share the most wonderful gift ever imaginable to everyone.....most of us will not have the opportunity to meet people like Brittany Spears but we can surely pray for her....ryc...After several comments on my daughters site, I was "encouraged" to find people my own age, hahaha...glad I did!!
