I don't want this to rub off on anyone else, but I'm just really down today. I felt the depression getting worse last night. Food looks disgusting (that's actually a good thing   ) and last night I couldn't sleep even with medication. I use to try to hide the depression from everybody, but I'm just tired of trying to do that. The effort needed to hide it is exhausting sometimes. And the fact that it's raining and yucky outside does not help one little bit. But we need the rain.

I'm looking around at everything I need to do here, and just don't want to do it. Ughh! I need some excitement, but I'm too tired to look for any.

Bethany is gone to get her hair cut. She has worn it very long for so many years. She wants a change. It won't be short, just styled and layered. I am hoping on her birthday to be able to take her and have some pictures made. I wanted to do that last year, but never got around to it. This is where we will go to have them made. At least that's the plan. This studio took the place of Glamour Shots in the Houston area. For some reason, we don't have them in this area anymore. This is the last good picture I have of Bethany (April 2005), and she doesn't like that one. The profile picture on her blog is from the same time.
