Well, it could be...

My stepsister invited me to go to a waterpark next weekend with her and her cousin. Naturally I accepted since I love the water, and I haven't been to a water or amusement park in years.

Then I remembered something... back in December was the last time I saw her cousin and the first time I'd seen her in several years. Well, after that, my stepsister told me in a kinda offhand manner that her cousin had a crush on me.

I didn't give this much thought at the time because, frankly, she's too young. She can't be more than fourteen or so. Hell, I remember playing with her when she was like three.

That aside, she is a good looking kid, and rich too. If she were maybe seventeen or so I'd definitely be interested. I don't really know her that well, but if she's even close to half as manipulative as everyone else in that family, she probably asked my stepsister to invite me with something in mind...

Of course, I'm probably overthinking things. I'm sure it's just an innocent invitation.

But just because I'm paranoid it doesn't mean I'm wrong.
