We have a house full!
It looks like I am bird sitting for the next two weeks! YAY! I love getting to watch Willy! However, my roomie Tammy also got a little puppy named Mater! He is wicked cute, and working on fitting in with the other critters!
The job is going well, I am so glad this is a move I made! I'm having a great time at this place, and I am pretty sure it is going to be a good fit for me!
I also ALMOST got some good hummingbird photos tonight...I am getting there!!!
You can barely see the bird in this one, but it is there!

Like Ta-mater without the "Ta". hahaha
"...wicked cute..."? Are you British now? ;P
I'm glad you're having a good time!
Mater? wasn't that the one car in Cars?
"Tractors is so dumb...."
@The44thHour - Exactly like Ta-Mater...hilarious. And no I am not British, but I do have quite a few British buddies, although I have been saying that phrase for some time!
@VaultESL - Yup yup it was! I laughed my ass off over the tractors tipping!
@Southernlass - Wicked...you got the Boston accent going girl? Now, just don't pronounce your "Rs" ...say cah, bah, stah, aht etc. and you will be speaking like a true Bostonian. BTW, I mentioned you in my last post .
About the humming bird....shoot with a very fast shutter speed and a wide open f-stop.... for instance...f-4 @ 1/1000 or whatever the fastest shutter speed your camera allows. Then set your f-stop to get the correct exposure based on the fast shutter speed.
Yay for hummingbirds. I see them all the time here in Arizona.
Wonderful picture. They can be hard to capture on film for sure.
"Like Ta - Mater without the Ta"
Great pics! I tried, but was unsuccessful, to catch one of our little lovlies drinking nectar out of our Gladiolus.
I'm so glad that the job is going well.
