Let the priming begin!
WHEW DOGGIE! I just spent pretty much the entire time since I walked in the door emptying out my living room, cleaning walls, putty-ing holes, and moving furniture to get ready for painting this weekend! MY GOSH I didn't realize how much crap was in that small room. (My living room is stupidly small!!!). However, it's emptying and ready for the work I am going to do on it tomorrow! Aside from shampooing carpets, it should all be done and squared away Saturday afternoon! Then I can sit around and wait on my new furniture to show up! YAY!!!!
Sunday is my roomie's b-day too. I have a group of girls coming over for that, so that should be a good time too!
HEY!
Why is it people WORK on Labor Day weekend?! Or why is it "I" always end up working on that day? Anyway, off to shower and go to bed. I still have work tomorrow, and I don't think sheet rock dust all over me will cut it in a professional atmosphere!

I don't envy you - I hate painting! I also work Labor Day, but at least I get holiday pay for it.
ICK! I am painting right now too...The thing that keeps me going is the fact that my house is gonna look so good when I am done!!! I wish I was working on labor day- I'd be making double my hourly wage- instead, I'll be PAINTING.
i love painting! i wish i could jet on down there to help! i'm excited to celebrate my first labor day without having classes scheduled on it!
