I'm chuckling at the going on Xanga undetected thing.  I've been trying to figure out the same thing here at my new job and I think I got it right.  I'm keeping my fingers crossed - except when I'm typing, that is.

Have you tried having two windows up, one of Xanga and another one that is biz-related so you can minimize the Xanga page and have the other one up when some busybody is peering over your shoulder?

Black, perfect clothing!  I do a lot of my Xanga at work and so far nobody has made me stop -- they better not!!!
