I've been thinking lately about Xanga subscribers. What makes me subscribe to a site? What keeps me coming back? What keeps regular readers coming back HERE?...

Most of the people I sub to are visitors to my page. If someone new to me stops by, I'll almost always go to their page and see what they're all about. Intelligence, wit, humor....all reasons for me to subscribe right then and there!

I have NO clue what keeps regular readers stopping by HERE....*LOL*. Most days, I don't even have any idea what will be posted, until I post it....

My criteria for subbing and continuing to visit someone's site are pretty simple: They regularly (at least every three blogs. ) post something I find interesting, funny, or thought-provoking.

I have people the come often and don't subscribe then I have people who have commented or anything that just subscribe out of the blue. It's odd but hey I've got readers so I can't complain. I just moved to another name and all so I'm working on something better. Maybe I'll get more people. Hehehe. But anyway, I'll stop blabbing about nothing. Take care.

i'm needing to prune my sir list. i can't possibly keep up with all of them. i sub for the same reasons as you do, intelligence, humor, honesty & openness, a view into other perspectives, or a blog that makes me think...plus good photos catch my eye too.
