	So why are all the TV critics saying such great things about 'The Office'? I've watched a couple of episodes, and it's not funny at all!

I caught a few minutes of it last week. The camerawork needs work, too dizzying! Is that deliberate???

I too thought it was boring as hell. I suffered through the first episode and caught about 5 of the second and said NAH!!!!!

I've been thinking about you lately. My sister gave me a gift card for music - and I've been able to surf and download all kinds of goodies. With the music store wide open, I think of you and wonder what you would point out that I've missed. Yesterday I was in a metal mood and downloading Def Leopard, Bon Jovi, and Whitesnake ... LOL.

I don't know about The Office. Living without a television has spared me all kinds of knowledge.

Is this the origonal UK version or the new US version?

That said, I never did lik the UK version (as that is the only one I have seen) personally - but I know plenty of people who do.

Strange thing - personal taste!!

I haven't seen it but I rarely watch anything anymore....except my DVD's....I hate most of todays programs and prefer my re-runs. I am in a rut.

the british one was funny...in a strange sick and sad kind of way. kind of like dilbert come to life. i have not seen the american so i cannot say.

funny or not, it's got to be better than the dramas, sit-coms, or reality crap.... regardless, i won't be watching it, not during baseball season, anyway.

Is it the UK or US one? I thought the first US one was a little weak, but the diversity meeting in the 2nd one had me cracking up. I adore the UK one. BBC UK ran a marathon a few weeks ago...all of season 1 one weekend, and season 2 the next weekend....I was desperate for more, but there's only 12 episodes total

I think it's really an acquired taste...but I'm definitely a fan of the UK one! I'm still waiting on the US one though...I'm not sure if it's going to survive...

i'm afraid i like the uk version more. this us version is a little strained, but rainn wilson is funny. if you get past the first episode it gets a little better.
