A thought just occured to me as I was sitting here in front of the PC at work, and surfing through mine & others' blogs...what's the male/female ratio here at Xanga? Every single person on my list that I subscribe to is female! NOT that I'm objecting...*L*...even in real life, most of my very best friends are women. But so far, seems like every time I've posted on a male's site, no dialogue has been started. And I'm betting there're more women Xangaholics than men...

I've noticed that as well. I randomly surf through the blogs every day or so and in my wanderings I have seen many more female Xangians than male.

I think there are more women on the net now than men, but I read a lot of men. I am glad we have as many as we do.

Maybe, it's because most women are willing to share their feeling and their thoughts, Most men have been raised with that ole "Macho Bullshit" and are afraid to show a maybe more softer side, ( The one they keep hidden) Glad you feel good enough about yourself to share with us Females, And we are glad to have you.

I think I have a pretty decent ratio -- I have seen more females but I have found males,,, I think they hide better

Most of my reads are women. I have a couple of men I read. I love reading your blog! Nothing like reading someone who has the same passion I have for music. I just don't blog about it as much as you. I guess I need to get off my rear about that!

I think it also has something to do with a woman's need to "talk." Although I enjoy reading many pieces of inspiration from men here, I think there are more ladies here who just need a place to vent. About anything and everything!
