Move to a bigger apartment and pay the rent for a year ahead. Next, a scanner, new computer and printer. Help my kids pay off their debts, and sock the rest away for a rainy day.

I would pay off all my bills first....I deliberately didn't say what I would do because I wanted to see what other people would say!

I would keep $100,000 and give the rest away.

First, I would try to repay the one who gave me the money by doing something he/she would value. Since they obviously have plenty of money, I couldn't make a monetary repayment. It wouldn't mean anything. I would do something they found meaningful.

Next, I would find out where this money could have the biggest affect in stopping this war and/or helping those who have lost their homes and families. Since the people in the U.S. seem to be taken care of by the Red Cross an other organizations, I would help those in Afghanistan.

Invest it for my baby's education.  Well.. I might have someone come and clean my house every week. That would be cool.. Then I could play more

Oh, this is easy. Assuming the magnanimous person hands me actual bills and not a cardboard check, the VERY first thing I would do is buy thick gloves for the whole family. Yes, gloves. That would prevent us from getting 435476 papercuts from handling the bills and losing 262 pints of blood. See, it's all about planning.
