A Second Career?

While organizing the gifties tonite at the party, two women came up to me and asked me what I was doing.

"I'm organizing the gifts. I'm making sure that there is a card with every gift and I'm writing down what the wrapping of the gifts looks like; that way if the card and the gift get separated, she can still write a proper thank you note," I replied.

One squealed with glee, "You are soooo smart! Oh, I need someone to do that at my next party!!!"

The other asked me, "How much do you charge?"

I said without missing a beat, "$100.00 an hour and I must have an alphabetized guest list."

The squealing one said "That's so reasonable. Do you have a card?"

Being the fag that I am, I pulled out a calling card out of my wallet and handed it to the ladies. Yes, I'm that prepared for social situations.

"I'll be calling soon!" the squealing one said as she waltzed out of the room.

Who would have thunk it that I would have a secondary career as a gift organizer? Also, how much money do some people have that think $100.00 and hour is reasonable for sorting gifts at a party?
