Tony Tripoli Tony Tripoli grew up in Phoenix, Arizona. He began singing at the age of two, and toured the US and Taiwan with the Phoenix Boys’ Choir.
Tony moved to Los Angeles in 1989, attended the acclaimed American Academy of Dramatic Arts, and immediately upon graduation, put his degree to use by moving to Japan to work for Tokyo Disneyland. He has sung for NBC’s “must-see Monday”, worked as a Chippendale Dancer, and sang Cole Porter songs for the American Plummer’s Association, on stage with a dozen toilets.
Tony's last project was on the very first English-language telenovella Fashion House, that aired briefly last year on MyNetworkTV. He played “Hans” – the gay guy.
Previously, Tony appeared on Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-list, as Kathy’s main gay. It helped that they had been best friends for a decade, and that Tony has a lot of dirt on her, since he was her very first personal assistant, back in 1998. Tony has also appeared on an episode of Two and a Half Men and will be featured in the upcoming movie Screening Party to be released this year. |
