2. The Complete Works of William Shakespeare

(I don't actually own the Pelican but I wish I did. I read from a turn-of-the-century Shakespeare Head Press.)

What are your favorites? I love the great tragedies: Julius Caesar, Macbeth, Hamlet, Othello, King Lear... and some of the comedies (A Midsummer Night's Dream, Twelfth Night) and histories (Richard II, Henry V).

I absolutely love that book...

I like Macbeth, Midsummer Night's Dream, Romeo and Juliet, and King Lear. I could read Shakespeare all day!

Macbeth, Hamlet, The Comedy of Errors, Richard II, The Taming of a Shrew... those are favs of mine. Funny, we have only a turn-of-the-century edition too.

Favorites... I haven't read much Shakespeare but have seen many of the plays. Of the plays my favorites were Macbeth, A Midsummers nights dream, and The Merchant of Venice. Twelth Night is pretty good too.
