It's been a while since I blogged about baseball, and maybe this is a good time.  The Astros won their series opener against the Cardinals 6-5 in 13 innings.  They were down 3-2 going into the bottom of the ninth but tied it with a home run by Ensberg; they were down 4-3 going into the bottom of the tenth but tied it with a home run by Ausmus; they were down 5-4 going into the bottom of the thirteenth but tied it when Palmeiro was hit by a pitch with the bases loaded.  And then Bruntlett had a walk-off, two-out RBI single to win it.

This game marks the only time this season that the Astros have come from behind to win after trailing in the seventh inning.  I would like to see more of this.

Tonight: Game 2, Roger Clemens vs. Chris Carpenter.  This one will be good.
