| | It's customary at this time of year to say something about the memorable news stories of the past twelve months. Houston has had quite a year, as far as national attention goes: hurricanes, the BP explosion, a World Series, and Tom DeLay. I myself have had quite a year: graduation, college, and now a new home in East Texas.
I'm not one for New Year's resolutions, but I do find it refreshing to begin a new year. My wish for my friends in 2006 is "that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may have strength to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God."
