I am falling back into the swing of things in College Park. There is some of a push to 'rethink' College Park, but I can't help but admit that now the town is a shit-hole. More importantly, however, it's my shithole. The 2 A.M. drunken rush hour; the drunken penis-drawing on the fogged-up windows of a Purple bus; the drunken arguments made and answered by drunk Tim down the hall; posters about beer pong and party fouls; trash cans surrounded by discarded cans of Natty Light and Milwaukee's Best; drunk dancing, drunk humping and, best of all, the drunk confessional.
Will all of this be here when College Park becomes the new Bethesda? Nope. I'll take my beer-fueled paradise for as long as it lasts.
