Yesterday, I was referred as one ¨S¨k¤l®ð´n¡A¨S¥D¨£.

Yes, it's a rather negative evaluation of me from you.  However, just because I'm reluctant to express my ¥D¨£ doesn't mean I am ¨S¥D¨£ altogether.

I have seen way too many times how someone stands by his / her ¥D¨£ ended up accomplishing nothing, or getting something done at the expense of brothers / sisters feelings.

God has created leaders and followers.  You can't have a society where everyone is a leader and no one left be the followers.

In Acts, you all should have read how the church leaders were elected with prayers and blessings from the Lord all along .  It is the RESPONSIBILITY for all of us brothers and sisters to SUPPORT THOSE WE HAVE ELECTED to be the church leaders.  Yes, we don't always agree with the way they get things done.  However, do keep in mind that WE and GOD are the ones who made the CHOICE to let them lead the way or to follow their ¥D¨£.

We have gone way too far into
electing certain brothers / sisters to serve as leaders of our church on one hand, and at the same time opposing to everything they do.  That's rather disrespectful to the leaders.  Afterall, the LEADERS ARE SERVANTS BY LEADING.  If you elect them as the leaders, then follow their ¥D¨£.  If the leaders end up being incapable to lead, you're simply living by the consequence of your choices.

Church leaders should not be the sole target for attack over anything going wrong within the church.   If anything goes wrong within the church, all brothers and sisters are COLLECTIVELY RESPONSIBLE for the consequences as a result.  It's not fair for the leaders to shoulder up all the blame for anything going wrong in the church.

Ask not what the church can do for you, but what you can do for the church.

Ooo... that's bad. I think you have opinions in your heart but you don't express them as much.
