A Tunisian family is claiming their daughter was raped while she was talking on the phone with a 30-year-old man. (This story was sent to me by rape prevention activist Drakonskyr).
The man has said he never touched the woman. He does admit he heard her scream while they were having an erotic telephone conversation. He also said she told him she was bleeding.
A medical exam was performed on the 20 year old woman and it is said that she is no longer a virgin. Here is the link: Link

Anything she did physically, she did to herself. She was involved, therefore consent was granted. A mistake on her part, perhaps, but not rape.

Also, You can't tell if someone is a virgin via medical examination. Some women are born without a hymen and some hymens tear through physical activity long before a woman becomes sexually active. Conversely, you can have sex without breaking a hymen sometimes b/c they can stretch or may already have holes in them.
Rape over the phone? haha! Impossible! She could have hung up too!! No one can not be a virgin if someone did not have intercourse. In this case, she either had intercourse early on before this event, or she did that to herself while on the phone.

Not at all. As for this case, she would have been the one that inflicted the actions that caused her to lose her virginity, therefore she technically raped herself. As for teleraping in general, it's impossible, because all you have to do is hang up the phone! Stupid girl... I have no sympathy for her.
