Aww yeah, spring break is finally here. It won't really feel like it until sometime tomorrow, because I still have work to do, but I'm home and being home always feels nice.

Between tonight and tomorrow I need to finish reading Common Sense and complete the ensuing essay by midnight tomorrow. I'm not too worried about that, I only have somewhere around 40 pages left to read, and it's a 5 page guided essay. So basically, I just write a paragraph response to each prompt on the essay guidelines and tie it all together in essay form. I really have to do good on this though, because this class (and all of my classes actually) is pretty hard. I'm confident that I can get a good grade though if I don't slack off. In Anthropology we're finishing our study of primates, which involved a lot of evolution talk. And for the first time, I really didn't mind it. I still don't feel like it should be considered an absolute truth, BUT I do feel like it has a lot of merit when studying living organisms and helping us understand how they change, why they changed, and how and why they have their niche in the environment.

So anyway, back to Spring Break! Saturday, I'm going to my great-grandpa's again to help clean out his house. My grandma suggested we have a birthday party for me this weekend, but I didn't really care if I had that, so I suggested that everybody get together and help work at my great-grandpa's and then go back to my grandparents' and order some pizza and stuff. Later, if the boys basketball team makes it to the night Regionals game, my mom and I are going to that. If they win, it's on to Semi-state. And then they're one win away from State! I don't think they're necessarily that good this year, but it would be nice.

Tomorrow, Duby and I are hanging out for a little while (I shall consider this my break during my work on my essay), and we'll probably be making bowstrings out of his roll of sinew.

Tuesday, Sheehan is coming to Plymouth! He'll be busy though, so hopefully we get to go hiking at least. Thursday, he leaves.

Beyond that, I'm not sure what's going on. I don't have anything to do during the day while my mom and sister are gone, so I'll probably be making trips to my great-grandpa's to help my grandparents several times, or at least as many as they themselves can tolerate.

Still ridiculously happy about my TRUE sticker. 87,585 credits until Lifetime Premium.

    Troy
