Not to advertise for them, but I love how they're so festive! (And I would like to be that old lady one day - blue dress, red balloons, hubby at the side and all )
I think I've written a Valentine's blog every year since I started blogging on xanga. But I don't think I have any particular inspiration for this year's... Oh what the hey, let's see what rolls.
Actually, I didn't even realize that it was Valentine's today until I wrote down the date on my midterm paper a few hours ago. And then I walked out on to the streets afterwards and saw a dorky little dude holding on to a rose (all wrapped-up and with a water tube) and shielding it against the wind. Awww. Lots of people will be out tonight cuddling and celebrating that little (or big) spark in their lives. How precious will that be :).
But then I wondered what I would be doing tonight. Hmm... After I finish my work on the computer, here at the Gerstein library, I'll probably be heading back home to do the laundry, and then make dinner, and then eat it by myself. And then maybe I'll clean the washroom too. Pfft hahaha ...ai, I do miss the otherwise.
In other news, I just finished my last midterm of the week! And reading week is next week! And there's supposed to be a massive snow storm on Monday/Tuesday! And I get to dress up a little for my grad pic tomorrow! Suhhh-weetweetweet! hehehe
In more other news, I've got a renewed love for Jay's 安静. I never paid attention to the lyrics before (probably cause it hasn't been until recently that I made a greater effort to understand Mandarin). But a few days ago, I went to youtube when I was supposed to be studying, and watched the vid again, and read the lyrics, and listened to his voice... and wow it almost broke my heart.
