The
Los Angeles Mayor is campaigning hard to get money to expand and fix LA
highways, thus clearing up lots of traffic. My bet is that they'll
spend a lot of money clearing up the traffic, and then all the people
all over the country who didn't move to Southern California BECAUSE of
the traffic will then move to LA, and the traffic problem will revert
back to its old ways. Plus that would make housing costs skyrocket even
higher, crowd the schools even more, and overpopulate the beaches. Boy
I'm just a bundle of optimism.
