Morgan and Marshall!!!

My time in Taiwan is coming to an end ... it's been over two years ... and sadly I feel like there is no longer a reason for me to be out here.  Soooo ... I will be moving back to the States in about a month.  I would like to settle down in the Bay Area ... so that is most likely where I'll be in the near future ... looking for a job and a way to remain out of poverty =)  Anyways, there was a compilation album released about 2-3 weeks ago with one of my songs on it that I wrote and sang.  I wasn't too happy with the end result, because everything was rushed and it didn't sound professional at all to me ... I actually prefer my demo version to the one that was released.  Here's a link to the album: http://global.yesasia.com/en/PrdDept.aspx/code-c/section-music/pid-1004509276/  It wasn't a big release or anything ... just a small project.  But at least I can say that I wrote and sang a song that was actually released and sold in music stores! ... and of course being in Taiwan there are also ringtones for all the songs =P

I actually am pretty tired of being out here ... time for the next phase of my life.  I've made some good friends, wrote some songs that are meaningful to me, actually released a song, and picked up a new language ... I guess that's not so bad ... can't say that I'm really leaving Taiwan empty handed or that I have any regrets =)
