  • Work Ethic

    I've got a question:

Have you ever stayed up more than 24 hours?  What did you do?

If so, what were you generally doing.  The context of this question is more about a task-oriented event rather than social.  I've usually done did that to finished lab reports or other major projects that required all-nighters for completion.  The problem is that most of these all-nighters were avoidable with a better work ethic.  There may only be a few times that I've had to stay up more than 24 hours to get something productive done AND unavoidable.  Usually some type of mindless/labor intensive work like dry-walling, organizing documents, packing, and even driving.

Ok so I  still haven't had my real all-nighter for work shit.  I think the closest I came to an equivalent was sophomore year when Vivian and I stayed up finishing our final project, I remember Francisco came to the rescue like at 1 or so in the morning.  We went to sleep at 5AM and woke up at 830AM so I guess that doesn't count....

No, not really.  I guess the closest I have come is maybe New Year's/Christmas where I would go to sleep at about 3:30am and wake up at 7am.
During school, and even when I still had to really finish up a paper or study, somehow I still managed to get at least 5 hours of sleep.
