Christmas Family Gatherings

What a wonderful family I have. Never a dull moment!  Here are a few pics and videos I took yesterday. First....DON"T LAUGH TOO HARD! Lets call this one Grampy having Xanga withdrawals and Grammy saying "NOPE, NO XANGA TODAY"

Grrrrrrrr

We made up though and all was well!

Grammy and Grampy

Here is Keith, my 26 year old son just staying back away from the kid comotion!

Keith

Julie, Child #3 and Kendrick

Julie and Kendrick

Jill, the baby, and Jacob, Prayer for Jill would be appreciated as she is having a lot of pain with her stump. She hasn't been able to wear her prothetic leg. She got a new liner because the other one ripped. Every since then she has been having problems. Lots I could ask for prayer about with this whole situation but I'll stop at that. God knows and is in control.

Jill and Jacob

Braelyn, joyous over her new flashlight!

Flashlight for Braelyn

Here we have some cute videos of the grandkids...what a hoot they are. Kalley, the oldest of my kids was right in the middle of all the action!

This one cracks me up to no end! Braelyn is simply a hoot!

Well that's all the pics I have. I probably should have waited for other pics, but this is enough...FOR NOW!  Maybe I can talk Grammy in to posting some other pics she and Kalley took!  Hope everyone has a blessed a Christmas as I did. May yall have a wonderful new year as we focus it on our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

Thanks so much Grampy for posting a small portion of our Christmas Day!  Especially the first one that is so attractive of us both!  You just look like yourself tho!  Ha!!  Good thing you didn't get one of me 12  hours later when I was I trying to crawl in the bed from exhaustion.  It was a pretty good day overall considering we got to see all our children and grandchildren my dear Mother and many of our family members.  I'm very thankful for that.  Now if I could just get my Christmas present from you.   Hmmmm................................

Love ya,

Karen

Hi! You don't know me but my name is Kris and I saw your comment on thetheologianscafe, in the post about the virgin Mary. I agreed with your comment that it's just not right how people make such jokes about the scriptural reference. So it made me come visit your site, and I just wanted to let you know I appreciate your last post. Sometimes I read those comments too and it makes me sad - it makes me wonder about the people who post them. But I do not even really know what to wonder about them. But I believe we are so blessed by His grace - that is what makes these comments stand out to us - Not necessarily make us angry, but as you sounded in your post -- sad. That's grace. Thank you for your refreshing post! In Him, Kris Peoples

Those are some odd faces the two of you are making.  I guess xanga withdrawal is tough.

Time flies!

What Fun and Wonderful pictures. I am glad your Christmas was happy. You have a nice family.  Yours is a normal family too, right....right.....right? Just like ours, right...right? 'cause remember, as far as everyone else is concerned, we are a nice normal family. I keep telling my family that, but sometimes nobody behaves, and I see you and the missus are in that same category.....

Blessings. Renny

Thanks for the comment.  Our Pastor and I have been together for 32 years and we are friends also.  I am happy knowing that the Lord has everything under control, what a blessed faith we have.  It is still sad sometimes to loose the fellowship of a friend until we see each other in Glory again.  I just don't want him to come to me next year with the good news that there is Golf in heaven and then tell me I have a tee time the next day, hehehe.

Your comment about playing on ice, which I have not done but my stor, Dudley, has told me how he hit 400 yard drives on frozen fairways, lol, but you could not stop anything on the greens.  I did play last Saturday which was nice, but it is a little cold this weekend.  But I get to play every day on vacation starting next Friday, so I am not bummed.

I love the crazyness of your Christmas, what a blessing to have grandkids.  I hope to get some someday, but can wait another 5 years anyways.  We are enjoying our aduld children without significant others for the time.

I am praying for your daughter and all, I know the Lord knows all and we put it in his hands.
