What If...

So, I was watching TV tonight, and there were promotions for an upcoming episode of JAG, where, apparently, top US leaders are before the World Court, facing charges of war crimes.

What if that happened?  Of course, I don't know a lot about international law, but it seems the current administration has done some pretty shady things i.e. the War in Iraq.  What if our leaders were accused of war crimes.  What if, even more frightening, they were found guilty?  They probably are guilty of something shady - but it'd be damn scary if the world decided that they were guilty of war crimes.

What happens to the US if our leaders commit war crimes and are convicted??
