[x] Name: Jayme [x] Reasons for losing weight: I always loved to play sports, but would be embarassed to even try because of how overweight I was. Plus, my weight made me be really shy when I was around other people, but I am not a shy person. I was just afraid to be myself - thinking no one will like me because I'm fat. [x] Height: 5'9" [x] Weight Before: 240 [x] Weight Now: 177 [x] Type of diet/lifestyle you are on: Low Calorie (atleast I try to do this) and exercise [x] Types of exercise you do: Treadmill, Bicycle, Stepper, Elliptical, Circuit, Lift weights, Aerobics classes... [x] How often you do these exercises: Not as often as I should. [x] How happy were you with your body before [1-10]: 2ish? I wore a size 20 at 15 years old..how would you feel?? [x] How happy are you with your body now [1-10]: 7 [x] How many more lbs are you looking to lose: I'd like to lose like 35-45 more, but I don't think I would be healthy that thin. [x] Have your friends noticed your weight loss: yes, and most are jealous - in a bad way (as in we aren't really 'friends' any more.) [x] How did it make you feel when they mentioned it: It was nice at first but now all people say is 'if you lose one more pound, you're going to disappear!' It gets annoying after a while when 2304982304823084302598032984 people tell you the same thing over and over and over. |

| So next week Friday, I leave on an adventure to a third world country. I am way excited, except for one thing - the food. I have been a vegetarian for nearly a year now..but when I go there, it would be cultural dis-respect If I do not eat what ever they put in front of me, meat and all. I am so scared about this! Since my body is not used to the enzymes in meat, it is highly likely that I will get sick. ...I don't know what to do! |

| Im starting over as of today. I now weigh 180.. not bad but my body is not nearly as toned as it used to be - or as I would like. I don't want to lose too much more weight, since i think this size 10/12 body is the right size for me, I just want to tone up ALOT! I took a much needed break *or so i thought* which only did me harm. So I am starting over as of today. I already woke up early and worked out for an hour. I ran a little and lifted weights. I plan on going for a walk tonight and working out tomorrow morning again. Support is much needed again as I am starting over. Thanks girls (and guys, if any read this)! I know I can do this with your help! |
