Vol. 2
Guzi's Top 10
By: Whyerd Neighme
Yes, I'm writing a new installment! If the electronic pen is stronger than the sword, then I'm wielding it like an uzi with a racket launcher attachment that has infinity ammo! Ya boys! Yes, I just got into the groove again to make countless Flavor Flav and time jokes with the cast member that played Time in the play. Speaking of time, my second articles are usually have an entertainment theme, let's see what I should do for my second Xanga online account. I got it, since I'm a big video game and music nerd, I'll do my favorite songs from video games! Perfect, isn't it? The system of Guzi isn't flawed, just crazy!
10.Flight of the Coward-Waylon [Advance Wars: Days of Ruin]: Playing this song makes me look at the enemy's tanks and say, "Screw this fighting on the ground! I'll take it to the skies, and be like Zeus, and dominate over you!" So I build my planes and dominate! Then dance and evilly laugh as I claim another S rank for my awesomeness.
9.Last Caress [By: Misfits/ True Crime New York City]: I don't know why I like this song, it's got nothing to do with being cop in a game I don't care too much for... Maybe it's just the weird reason right there, something to like in something otherwise I don't.
8.Overworld Theme [Legend of Zelda]: Most songs that repeat themselves over and over tend to annoy me, except for this song. I don't know why it doesn't, it's just compelling, compelling like a game that is long and compelling. It's just hypnotize you into finding adventure. It's compelling.
7.Santa Monica[By: Theory of a Deadman/ Indigo Prophercy]: The game made up of mini-games, put together to make a real story, though I don't like how rushed it gets in the end. And if it wasn't for this game allowing me to turn on a CD player to listen to this awesome song, I wouldn't be a Theory of a Deadman fan. So what if I'm a fanboy, doesn't make me obsessed, gosh! Okay I kinda lied, I would've became a fan after listening to their new song So Happy but that is not the point.
6.Ave Maria [By: Jesper Kyd/ Hitman: Blood Money]: Weirdly enough a religious songs goes hand in hand with a funeral and contract killings. Go figure? Maybe I should create a new phrase, like, "Translate that Latin" or "Place the pieces in before they explode out of place!" Naw...
5.Snake Eater [By: Cynthia Harrell/ Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater]: Yes, I like this song, as the game tries to set itself up like a James Bond movie. Also, it made me feel better after my ass was handed to me, by Big Boss. I forget if the was called that as Snake has to destroy the Cobras, or that Big Boss just handed Snake his ass. Who cares, the point of the song is it's trippy.
4.Ruby [By: The Kaiser Chiefs/ Gutair Hero 3 Legends of Rock]: Some may say Through Fire and Flames may be the better song, but I can't get a hundred percent on Hard, so get off my back, so I picked this one. Also, I never heard this song before, so favorites like Paint it Black, Cliffs of Dover, and of course Talk Dirty to Me; it just this song is a little more unique.
3.The Song That Played on Every Level! [Bubble Bobble]: Yet another song that goes on and on and on and on. But it's from my childhood, the part I can accept having unlike another event talked about last time..., so yes I want play that game again, because the music beckons me! Beckons me to play a game, which I never finished, I only got to level 36, 64 away from the last level! Why is fate so cruel! Stop beckoning me with your happy song, to make me try and beat it!
2. Ziggy Stardust [Guitar Hero]: Besides the song being by the awesome David Bowie, it was the first song ever I got a 100% on, and there was no achievement for that, no gold stars to tell you that you did, just your pride as you bask in silence. Until you started bragging to those around you.
1. I Love a Rainy Night [By: Eddie Rabbitt/ Grand Theft Auto San Andreas]: I don't what's with me and songs that really don't mix with a game, you're suppose to be a killer, not a hillbilly. Then I got into helicopter, and saw the magic when the explosions going off in rhythm with the song. It fits when it's going on with a rainy night. And the explosions that go off by the detonator fit too, but too bad you can't walk an listen to music at the same time.
Disclaimer: Whyerd does his list anyway he wants, and doesn't care if you argue with him, that Super Mario Bros.'s theme song should be number one. That is not a bad thing, a bad thing would be if he dedicated the entire list to Guitar Hero, so be quiet and enjoy his opinions. His opinions do not reflect the interests of Xanga.com, in fact, could be against their values.
