The Gathering that is. Yes, after getting out of work, at 1 AM, I joined my two co-workers to learn how to play the game. I learned quickly, and quickly I did, on how a cruel game it is. Easy to learn, hard to win, as my W/L record is

Besides having fun and false hope I learned two important lessons, 1, anyone who uses blue decks are cheap bastards, and 2, next time you're Dad tells you not to call him in the mourning, call him anyways otherwise he'll worry about you.

Yes, my dad pulled another example of, you should have done the opposite I told you to do, next time it happens.
What I mean is, last month I ran into a friend of mine after a closing, and we went out and had fun, and I decided to tell my parents were I am so they wouldn't freak out (town is 15 miles away). My dad answers the call and told me not to call this late. "Dad went searching for you," doesn't make the command clear, now does it?

I might nap, prob'ly should.

omg. my guy friends are so into magic ><! i tried playing it once, but i was tramatized as a child when my cousins would flail around their yugio cards and expect me to buy them for them XD but yea i dont get the whole version 1 and version 2 decks.

Ah! I love Magic! I play it with my Dad all the time. I don't like the newer decks though. they are too complicated and annoying, especially the ninja ones since I can't use them and my dad owns at them. However, I am completely unbeatable with this one relatively old deck which has some additions probably, but it's the revenging angel deck (hey, it's my name :D). Ha, yeah, it's blue and white. I am unbeatable because my monsters are mostly weak but easy to summon, and I have a whole bunch of counterspells and enchantments to render my dad's monster, which are always annoying strong, unable to attack, or both attack and defend, or even control them and get them to beat him. currently he is trying to create the perfect deck to beat me, building up on cards (older ones are strong and annoying) like one card that wipe out all island cards, or one that doubles all mana, which is kind of cool, but horrible when he uses it to summon like 5 monsters that are all 6/6.
Ah, sorry for rambling there! All my friends who play card games only play Yugioh =.=;
Peronaly I like Magic better.
I've read your other posts but haven't been able to comment because I'm so busy with school. ^-^

Lol, yeah, curiosity sucks sometimes, but what can you do? You can only quench it until you go through with it! The house I tried to get into was a abandoned, also... though I'm pretty sure I saw a computer inside... 0.o
