I don't think you stink at it. I think it stinks at you. Well, except when you eat beans. Sometimes when you eat beans you stink at it. But that's only because it's surrounding you on all 6 sides. So whatever direction you stink, you stink at it. Maybe with any luck we can get you a more interesting house to be at.

@shaeman - Not really. I learned it's what's called a short sale. I thought that meant short time-wise, but it turns out that it means the sellers are trying to sell it for less than what they still owe their bank for it. I guess in hopes to avoid a foreclosure situation. So that just means it's more complicated and will take longer. Our bank guy said he's known these things to take as long as two months!
