I am feeling brave, I am showing you my feet... seriously, I loathe my feet. But what if I started to challenge myself and dare myself to start taking photo's of the things that I dislike about myself, will it help to accept what I percieve as imperfections?
Anyone else up for the challenge of doing this?

This could be pretty scary! I'm sure no one wants to see my fugly, fat stomach, but I'll join you in the challenge!
Yay.. please don't post anything that would make you uncomfortable. I probably wouldn't post my stomach either, I suffered big time from stretch marks when carrying my son... although they are the marks of my experience and the result was a life time of love. We live in a society where we're constantly told that such things are really bad imperfections and ugly and while I know that my dislike of my stretch marks is irrational, I'm overwhelmed by the dislike. So please, only things that you are comfortable in sharing... I'm looking foward to seeing the results.

See, those women have a LOT more courage than I do... maybe I will feel comfortable reaching the point where I can do that
We really should value and love our bodies a lot more huh?

You have nice feet, mama. :)
If I took pics of imperfections, I'd have a blog entirely of full body pics. LOL.@GlastonburyLiz - ack, you're too hard on yourself Lizzie. I can think of many beautiful things about you
