just an update because i havent posted one in quite a while..... in italian and english...
my italian class has been going well. I have the final exam on Tuesday and am very nervous. It is a 2 hour exam.
The musical was quite successful, or so they told me. I was sick during the performance friday & saturday, but with practice it was all right.
Robotics game day was bad, we were horrible (didnt score any points), but it was very fun.
La PSATs violato il mio cervello.
The PSATs raped my brain!
TOTSeat falluto perche WalMart deciso non scedulonoci.
Trick or Treat So Kids Can Eat failed because Walmart decided not to schedule us.
I think I am going to take italian II second semester.
My dad and I are going to New England over spring break by train for college visits. I cant wait.
I have decided not to go to Cali for AmJAS because I dont have the money and would rather visit RIT.

My boyfriend and I celebrated 2 years on October 14th.

wow... it certainly has been a while since i've updated...
i've been keeping myself quite busy lately...
this is what's happened since the last time i posted (big subjects)
matt and bradley turned 19; alex, connor and rami turned 18; kyle turned 17; and jake turned 16.
i got a job at old chicago
jeremiah's mom got married
i started my italian class (l'itlaiano e bellisimo. amo la lingua.)
my friends all left for college: katie, david, bradley, ashley, levi, alex, lauren, (anessa, matt, richard, jeremiah...still in town but in college nonetheless.) (g's i miss them)
i auditioned for and got the lead in the school musical, seven brides for seven brothers.
i am "milly"... lol... 1 letter change from my last lead as the Mousetrap's "molly ralston". funny thing... my co-lead is the same. im married to the same guy again.. lol....
became a part of the "rachel's challenge" team
became the Kansas BEST Robotics Notebook/Table Display/Oral presentation go-to for this year
started the Northeast Magnet Community Awareness Team and have started to recruit members to defeat injustice and destructive habits within the community... anywhere from drug abuse to domestic violence and prejudice to world hunger... we plan to have a significant positive influence on the community around us.
i decided i am going to accept the challenge that KJAS has given me to represent Kansas at the American Academy of Science and travel to San Francisco to present my research in February... the next step... raising money to get there.
on September 13, 2006... our beloved principal took his life and he will be missed!!! thats been a feat for the whole school to overcome... "Change the world for the better." ~ Mr. David Wessling
I started the documentary in memory of Mr. Wessling to be viewed at the end of the year by students... I will be selling copies and ALL of the proceeds will go to the National Center for Peace and Justice in Mr. Wessling's name.
betsy and clayton celebrated their one year anniversary
was offered a place in the National Honors Society, but declined... i'm going to join senior year... i don't have time this year... i'm starting to get better at saying no to things that are overly time consuming...
been trying to find stores to post people at for the annual "Trick or Treat so Kids can Eat" can drive... an international effort by the Educational Theatre Association and International Thespian Society to fight world hunger... i'm appalled at peoples attitudes of "my customers need not be disturbed with that"... every time i get that response i fight against what i'm compelled to reply... "no, your customers need to be disturbed by the fact that this IS a reality... they have neighbors and friends that this WILL help."... grr... its not absurd what i'm asking... and last year proved that when we had a store gladly allow us to... thats been bugging me this week...
went to mr. wessling's funeral... it was absolutely beautiful... brought a lot of closure.
decided for sure where i want to go to college... RIT...
