i don't get completely exhausted. i breath deeply before sleeping. i clear my mind. sometimes i dream sometimes i don't. but when i dream they become more vivid when i breath more. it also helps to drink water but not right before bed. being good to yourself is also a plus. i have lots of theories.... but not much proof that it works.
