| | This is Friday. Hurrican Rita will be here in about 15 hours at the most. Sick as I still am, I am back home trying to help save what is left of our place. Now, the local news is prediciting hurricane force winds and up to 20 inches of rain in Alexandria. I dont know if this old farmhouse can survive that. Our house in New Orleans is a loss. The top floor was ripped up and the bottom two are heavily damaged. Dad says he will rebuild it as it was built in the early 1800s. So, I am just going to try to survive the next 24 hours and then I have some major issues to deal with. trey~~out |
