Once again, my weekend plans went awry, and I was left sadly disappointed.  Well, that's a pisser....  Had to work this weekend, despite my request offs.  Whatever.  PS, a word of caution- relationships in the workplace are only asking for awkwardness, and if someone isn't telling others you know the truth, you should probably investigate...

Have you ever spiraled into anger?  Some people drop like a rock, and others slowly fall...  Spiraling is trickier- tends to develop into whirpools, sucking all other things along as well as the instigator

In denial of approaching school.  I think it's better to surprise myself with, Hey~ I have to go somewhere at freakin 7 in the morning tomorrow.

Still a little while left to sow the last few wild seeds of a summer not soon forgotten....

So last weekend was not one of the best I've ever had.....  Not kewl, plus due to my own stupidity.  Gotta hate when that happens.  But on the up and up, got the ol' Firebird fixed and running again. 

Breaking news-- I have been tested recently for thyroid problems, and found that, indeed, I have an issue.  Normal TSH levels ( the chemical put out by the brain that regulates the thyroid ) are between .5 and 5.  Mine is 0.02 or less.  And levels for T4 ( the chemical actually put out by the thyroid) are around 1.7. Mine was 2.95 on my first test and 3.07 on my second.  In a nutshell, this means that I could go into cardiac arrest and die at any moment.   Again, NOT COOL!!!

My Grandma Joy had a stroke, leading to a car accident last week.

BUT~ Hopefully this weekend will make up for all....  hehehehe.

Just back from the lake!! Great time!!  Skiied, tubed a little, jetskiied, dived off high rocks, spent time with wonderful people... ahh, the real world sucks after a great vacation, in the words of a Nerts champion.  (Nerts is a very complicated card game that i must teach u, involving solitaire and suiting decks, and frequently turns violent!)  However, on the last day (we stayed an extra) a huge storm brewed up and we had to navigate the way home with about 6 ft. of visibility!  And my baby cousin Karson got hives.. Not cool..

Childhood fantasies can come true....  call for info....

Parents are back from Las Vegas.  Bought me presents.  That's all that matters.  Had some people over, but parts of the night didn't go exactly as I'd hope.  However, even the most unplotted plans can turn out to be the best things...  Sweet action!!  For the most part, I had fun, don't know about others. 

Many things have been happening.. For example, I'm back to work, so whoever wants to stop by should.  Johnny Carino's. Get some chocolate cake.  Also, went to a going away party for a Marine, but i never met him and never did bc he was passed out in a tent.  Go figure.  I saw Luke's hand, and I dunno if you, faithful readers know who he is or why this is significant, but he's a friend of a *friend, and what happened was that he set off two artillery shells in his right hand and miraculously still has all of his appendeges.  Little miracles. 

Thought I wanted space, but I've once again managed to close myself in. Really need to stop compulsively worrying. 

Also need to focus more on college and scholarship searches.  Resolution for the Month!!!!
