Taco Soup
I made this at work and everyone went wild. It's not as heavy as chili, but has a kick to beat the winter blahs.
2 pounds hamburger, browned & drained
1 yellow onion, chopped
2 cans chili style pinto beans (Bush's or store brand)
2 cans of corn (do not drain)
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 "can" water
1 pack Taco Seasoning Mix (I think Ortega is best)
1 pack Ranch dressing mix
Combine all ingredients and simmer for 30 mins to 1 hour.

That ranch dressing mix has crack in it, I'm sure that's what made everyone go wild. I use it my Million Dollar CRACKers too and believe me, the crackers ain't the crack.
yum!
Sounds yummy! I'll think I'll make it for the fam....but do you think ground turkey meat will be just as good?
RYC Thanks!!!! I will find out more this Tuesday. Hopefully it's no big deal. :)
