Why do people think that they are so mighty on
the food chain that they can look down on others? Why do they have such an urge
to speak in loud whispers and stare so starkly at one that you always know that
they speak of you?
Is their lives so great and yours so little that
they have a right to treat another human is such a fashion? Big fish in a small
pond....
I know that I shouldn't be angry or detest these
people but it is difficult. They make it hard to be peace giving, calm and
loving towards your fellow man. They make it hard not to envision great
harm coming to them.
But does that lower oneself to their level? How
does one not retaliate when you are pointed at, talked and laughed about?
Sometimes words cannot be enough; neither can action in one's strength.
Perhaps the action is of the heart. For one must
have a very brave and strong heart to overtake this opponent and leave them
lying in the dust of their deceit, of their own green envy and of their own
venomous blood.
