| | Well the weight 'thang' is finally working. Within a week, I've lost 13 lbs. Now I'm no dummy and I do know that most of that is water. But hey, it looks GREAT when you look down at the scale and see that!

Gary even made the comment the other night that he hoped this worked because what I'm eating(or not eating as the case may be) would kill him. I think it's the idea of not seeing any results after 10 million salads and 25 millions bottles of water that he thinks would bother me. And he is most definitely correct!
I've come to hate Denise Austen. She does the most impossible things imaginable. I couldn't dream of my lumpy exterior contorting into those shapes. She's really into mixing some light yoga and pilates together. Not in this lifetime sister! My BMI is at 37.4 and I need to be at 23.3. Give you any clue?
Quite frankly I was shocked also. I really cheated in, what I consider, a big way. I had 1 1/2C of REAL ice cream instead of that bland frozen yogurt or fruit(a real treat for the palate). And it was Blue Bell and it was something called Continental Divide; half chocolate and half vanilla. AND I LOVED EVERY MORSAL OF IT! So there. But it threw me up in the 1700 calorie arena and far from the 1500 that I'm supposed to have. And I had to exercise for an hour with that skinny blonde! Won't do that again anytime soon. It'll take me a week to overcome that crane position that I forced myself to get into due to her.

1/9/05:1 egg, 2C coffeew/Splenda, 1 toastw/1T strawberry spread, 18 roasted peanuts, 1C frozen yogurt, 2 wieners, 3oz cheese, 2 breadsticks.
Total: 1025
Exercise: walking 20 min; meditation
1/10/05:1 egg, 1 toastw/1T strawberry spread, banana, 2C coffee w/Splenda, 1/2C milk, 1 1/2C ice cream, 2 salad w/2T dressing, 2 bread, 1 yogurt, 3oz chicken, 1 corn on the cobw/1T margarine.
Total:1725
Exercise: 30 min low impact aerobics w/10 min of it pilates/yoga. Walking 20 min.
