Update
We took my grandmother off of the ventilator last night about 7pm, with the understanding that she would not be able to fully support herself......however, she is still breathing on her own....this may seem like a Praise the Lord but for us it is just making it harder to see her...knowing that we must wait for her to pass away (her mother passed away the same way....but it took 45 days). More than likely it won't take 45 days, but we are all extremely exhausted.....

I know this can be hard in this time. I just recently lost my grandfather about 2 and a half weeks ago. He was on a breathing machine too, then they took him off that and put just oxygen on. So, I know how it feels in a way. I was here at school and I was calling every day to check and find out what was going on. God will take care of your family and your grandmother. I'll pray for ya!
