Hullo my neglected xanga and xangans... (those of you who haven't succumbed to facebook anyway...)
Well, the computer I use to upload and edit my photos has currently bit the dust... I think ressurection is a possibility, but until then, I can't do anything with or to my pictures. Very frustrating.
At the moment, I'm at the Hurds, and would be editing pictures, but the process of "updating" the computer never seems to stop, (thanks to Evan) and so it would be a rather futile effort to install photoshop and edit at the moment, as I might walk away and come back to a nice, new, clean desktop. A photoshopless, pictureless desktop. Perhaps I can persuade Evan to leave it alone long enough to get some pictures on here. *crosses fingers*
The A's had a debate tournament this week, hence the reason for my location. Several of us Weatherfordians will be joining them and many others in Houston tomorrow for the Spring Ball, which should be glorious fun. I haven't been to Houston since last August, so I'm looking forward to the fellowship.
(Beware of late night giggle fits if Grace Anne and I are forced to share a twin sized bed again. Endless giggles and a smooshed Erica. Poor Erica.)
Other than that, life moves steadily on. Busy... crazy... beautiful and cheery most of the time... missing my man as always. Can't wait for June. *smile* Speaking of life moving on, I turned 17 yesterday. I'm ready to be 17.... 16 was full to the point of bursting. It was a hard, but good year. Many, many lessons learned. You have no idea... school will be out in about another month, and I can hardly wait. And after that, I only have one more year... things are changing fast, yet sometimes it feels as though they're not changing fast enough. Ah well...
For my birthday, Micah bought me a new camera lens, and I'm absolutely loving it. It's beautiful. *grin* I'm eager to take and edit pictures... be prepared.
Must run along... things to do. Clothes to pack. Pictures to take. Etc.
