Well Santa should be making his rounds around my house soon. Too bad im in Louisana. Yes thats right not even at home and its Christmas Eve. My courageous uncle who recently lost his battle with cancer had his funeral yesterday and it was alot harder than I thought it would be. Man 3 people died on my moms side in like 3-4 months. Man im ready for this new year to come. So my family( mom dad sister and nephews are at my other uncles house with him and his two kids and wife.) This one is freaking crazy..I told him I wanted to be a cop and this whole time all he has told me is...u gonna get shot, u gonna get shot. If you not getting shot at u gonna get shot and DIE---remember he just buried his brother yesterday. So hes dead, no pun intended, serious, but im thinking hes 1/2 drunk so its pretty funny. And he just tried to burn this string off a blanket and almost burned the WHOLE blanket. Now hes making fun of Daddy DayCare, haha, man I love this freaking family. Last nite we stayed in New Orleans, with the whole family---the New Orleans family was the one who lost their dad/ husband. Well my cuz had friends over last nite, and they ALL made fun of me cause I'm "white". Go figure. So one friend called my cuz cell and i picked up, thinking no big deal, right? BIG MISTAKE. The friend thought my cousin was trying to " holla at a white girl". Me being the white girl who answered the phone--FUNNY NITE MAN. This is the first Christmas Eve I havent been @ home watching a Christmas Story with my brother or dad, and we missed the Candlelight Service @ church--its weird, but i really am feeling what Christmas is about, being with and losing family members this close to the Holidays..I think we are leaving tom and heading to Dallas..haha u had to know my daddy wasnt gonna let me go w/out a good Christmas. So of course we are gonna spend the next couple days in DALLAS!! YAY.
Merry Merry Christmas to All and to All a Good Nite
