  • When All Else Fails...

    Improvise!!

Friday night I got back from a quick two day trip up
to Lake Arrowhead for some R&R... And apparently,
my monstrous feet work well as skis, lol

Mary has more photos, and gets credit for this one as well,
watch her site for more to come soon!

    *EDIT*
Did I mention the giant skis I have for feet?

    Also... Check out that view!

We had a blast up there, it was SO refreshing to be back up
in the mountains, surrounded by clean air and evergreens... I can't
wait for the day I have a home in a place like that.

Not that I mind living a block from the beach, but still...
    I wouldn't mind both

Many Blessings to each of you, let me know if I can be
    praying for you!

I love this shot....what fun!  I want to ski!  Glad you all got up there...even for a short get away.Miss you...it has been forever...ok,that is a bit of an overstatement.... but like a few months anyway!

Please pray that the Lord would comfort Bob's employers...Dave and Stephanie, their children and extended family..  Steph's Dad died today.  He was a very young grandfather and the family will miss him so much!  He had a great faith and we know he is now with the Lord. Pray also the Lord would use us to strengthen, help, and bless them at this time.

    Hugs, Jenny

    Eric,

Could you message me about current rates? My sister is getting married on November 15th and, if it's in a range that I could come close to affording at that time, I'd love to try to get a good photographer for her.

Let me know what you think, etc. :)

Mary did an awesome job. Looks like SO much fun. I loved the smiling pic of you and Bri on Mary's site. You asked for prayer requests? I am scheduled for surgery on Thursday March 6th if you could pray for that I would appreciate it.

Speaking of big feet and the word 'shoe' in your name - where DO you get your shoes? My hubby is 6'6" and we have a bugger of a time finding him shoes. I lovingly call his feet 'boats' - but I can see how they would work well for skis too I'll have to remember that when we go snow skiing - no need for a pair of rentals for him, hehehe!

When we were dating I simply did not believe him it was that hard to find size 16 in a local shoe store - I told him, hes not the only tall person around, haha. So my stubborn self went trecking ALL over the city for a lovely pair of size 16 shoes for him. After lots of searching, a tank of gas used, looking like a goof asking every sales person if they carried size 16 men shoes - I gave up! So - we have resorted to online shopping, but thats another chore without him being able to try them on.

Ooohhhh the trials of having a tall man. Now our soon to be 4 year old little girl has sprouted feet like you would not believe - my hubby says "get used to it" - I guess I just might have to
