| Well, not much has happened since I last updated. It's only been a few days anyways. I got to see my some of my peoples from church. YAY! I missed them so much. I took my mom to see Pirates of the Carribean 2. It was awesome, the ending stinked though. Then my best friend, Erica, and I went to see Barnyard. It's a little kid movie but it was HILARIOUS! My sister came down with her kids and I finally got to see them. I went clothes shopping. Shopping stinks when you're my size. :( Well, I'm goin go love ya'll!

| I have returned!I graduated BCT! Yesterday morning! Surprise, huh? It was fun; challenging but alotta fun. I lost a a few pounds but not very much. :( I earned a few $dollars$ and I got some taken away...Article 15 for those of you who understand UCMJ. $274 taken out of one of my paychecks, 14 dys restriction and 14 days extra duty. :( it sucked. MAde some really good friends that I hope i keep in touch with (de los and Bullock- that's you!) Now this really is a surprise what i'm about to say next: i got a lil bit of discipline. WOW! lol, that's what my sargeant (SGT Mallot) said to me yesterday whenever i gave him my records. lol
well, school starts aug. 17th. im excited...not I dont eve have 3 weeks to relax! but oh well, bc it was worth it!
I get to see my peoples tomorrow at church! I'm soooooooooo excited! Monday i'm going to go get my grade card and see if any of my teachers are around and say hi. Tuesday I'm going to get my eyes checked. :( Eye exams are so depressing for me...i'm sooooooo blind) Wednesday my sister is coming over with her kids. YAY! Thursday I'm going scholl clothes shopping with my mom. Friday I'm going to the movies with my BFF (Erica). and that's all thati have planned for now! besides unpacking whivh is taking forever and i can only do it in the mornings bc it is sooooooo hot up in my room. well i'm gonna go. buh bye!

| Almost Here!Well, in two days I leave for Basic Training. I'm excited yet a little nervous. If you guys want me to write you while I'm at training you need to give me your address before I leave on Monday morning.
Tonight is my mom's graduation. Then we are going to Patricia's Mexican Restraunt to celebrate. Nicole Blumm is staying the night with me and then she is going to Distict track Meet the next morning then coming back to my house for my going away party. If ya'll want to come it's at my house from 5p.m. to 7p.m. You just stop in to say bye and have some snacks and punch.
It's going to be fun. Well I've got to go, buh bye!

| I Quit!Welps, yesterday was horrible. I had a track meet at St. Pauls. I ran hurdles and the 2-mile. I got last place again in hurdles but I improved my time by 3 seconds and only hit 1 hurdle (last time I hit all of them). Then on the 2-mile the counter lady said that I had 1 lap left when I actually had 2 left. So since i had alot of energy left I sprinted my "last" lap. The when i was like 4 yards infront of her she said that i had 1 more lap! I was so ticked! I had nothing left so it took me forever to get that last lap in. Well when i was finally done the lady was like good job. I was like yeah I'd say that was good considering that I just kicked (sprinted) twice! Then, sarcastically, she said sorry! GRRRRR! I was like you best be saying sorry! Then the guy who shoots the gun to start the race was like hey, hey, hey. I wanted so bad to turn around and yell at him but I WALKED AWAY! Then later Oberman (my coach) told me that i wasnt running the 2mile at Glasgow. an i was like she told me the wrong laps. He said that he didnt' care, that i shouldn't do that. I told him that she needed to learn how to count. Then he said that I wasn't running at all at Glasgow. Then he started to walk away and I stood up turned around and yelled at him, "Then I just frickin quit track, how's that?!" It was great! Not really, but I can pretend. So I changed out of my uniform and folded it up nicely and gave it to him. He threw it back at me! Told me to wash it. Ticked me off so bad!

| Boycott Starbucks!Recently Marines in Iraq wrote to Starbucks because they wanted to let them know how much they liked their coffees and to request that they send some of it to the troops there.
Starbucks replied, telling the Marines thank you for their support of their business, but that Starbucks does not support the war, nor anyone in it, and that they would not send the troops Their brand of coffee.
So as not to offend Starbucks, maybe we should not support them by buying any of their products!
As a soldier, I feel we should get this out in the open. I know this war might not be very popular with some people, but that doesn't mean we don't support the soldiers on the ground fighting street-to-street and house-to-house for what is right.
If you feel the same as I do then re-post this, or you can discard it and no one will never know.
