番左工已經三個禮拜喇.....工作量很okay.....
Call 都唔錯....每次都好多野學......MO 好好人.....
但係....我仍然係一舊飯.....
好多野都唔識......冇乜進步喎.....
Clinical sense 又冇乜.....diagnosis 錯.......書料又冇乜.....仲要成日都左耳入右耳出...
我諗老細都應該頂唔順我架喇.....

好混鈍呀....就黎一個月了.....唔知幾時先可以開竀呢.......

雖然灰....我都有去行街....因為想要買d 野獎勵下自己...
咁樣會開心d.....
所以最近終於入手了期待己久的HTC Touch....好slim 同埋好handsome..勁開心

Clinical sense and diagnostic skill come with experience. I remembered when I was a HO in psychiatry, I was also commented by boss as "having a mind of physician rather than psychiatrist", i.e. concrete thinking. Things will eventually click and fit into your mind. Take it easy.
