• Summer is in full swing!!

  Hello everyone,

  Once again, the summer rush to get the campus looking spiffy and ready for next year is on!  We are busy painting and planting getting things ready for September.  As of today, June 30th, we already have an estimated enrollment of 125 with applications coming in every day.  We are filling up fast!! 

  For those of you wondering who your new deans will be, we are still taking applications, but we have hired a new girls' dean - Mrs. S!! - Jami Stansberry.  Mr. S will be the Campus Pastor in 2008-09, and he will also be the Head Dean/Dean of Students.  Hopefully, I will have news for you in the next few days regarding the new boys' deans for next year.

  Reyna Quiroz, a 2003 graduate, will also be joing CCA's staff in the fall as an ESL teacher.  We are so delighted to have her returning.

  Summer weather has finally arrived and it has been HOT here! ( 107°F last Friday)  We are also getting a lot of the smoke from the California wildfires which makes for some hazy days.

  Although we do enjoy the quiet campus the first few days of summer, I have to admit that, after a while, we long for the students to return and bring life back to CCA.  I hope you all enjoy your summer, but we can't wait for you to return!!
