things are sure going by quickly. its scary.
MY ROOM IS NAKED!!!!!!
my dad came up here today and took everything home except a few things. but there's nothing on the walls anymore, and 2 of my lamps are gone. its so sad. so very sad.
especially since i now have to undertake the deep cleaning of this apartment. oy.
i can't think about anything else. and i'm sure youre sick of it by now. but whatever. i'm so excited. so scared. and thats how i know its meant to be.
THINGS I WANT TO DO DURING MY 3 MONTH SCOTTISH EXCURSION:
-drive a british car. (perhaps try a roundabout....)
-hang out in a pub.
-find new cool brit bands.
-weed out the word "like" from my vocabulary. (so like, not to like, be made fun of. like.)
-make real friends. (so i won't be lonely).
-master the imitation of a scottish accent. (cuz i can't. really.)
-see someone on the street wearing a kilt. (sorry blake, i wont lift it.)
-find a flash mob and go to one.
-pick up cool brit slang to bring back and be cooler than everyone else. jk.
-write lots of letters, emails and post cards.
i need to start cleaning. pray for my bio final. this class is going to kick my ass. like, really.
so. thats all for now. this might be the last entry until i'm over there. i'll try to write another time before i go but no promises.
leave a comment and tell me what you will be up to this summer. and if you want, email or call or post your address so i can mail you letters. once i know my own address, i'll post it for you guys. or you'll just get a letter with a return address. keep me updated on your lives so i dont feel too out of the loop. i'll try to read your blogs and whatnot and you read mine. i'll try to post pictures if i'm able. if i dont write again, have a fantastic summer.
